Role Overview:

You will work on behalf of the client, producing detailed technical design packages, coordinating with consultants and statutory bodies, and ensuring projects comply with all regulations and standards. This is a hands-on role where your BIM expertise and technical knowledge will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce high-quality working drawings and technical information with minimal supervision - Coordinate detailed design information across multiple disciplines - Advise on regulations, fire strategy, materials, and buildability - Prepare documentation for statutory approvals and tenders - Work within BIM Level 2 processes (Revit) and contribute to QA procedures - Carry out site inspections and support Health & Safety compliance

Candidate Requirements:
