Performweldingtasks,withafocusonprecisionandattentiontodetail.
Reportanyissuesordiscrepanciespromptlytoensurecontinuousimprovementandadherencetohigh-qualitystandards.
CollaboratewiththeProductionTeamLeaderandSupervisorstoensureworkiscompletedontimeandtospecification.
Learnanddevelopthroughpracticaltrainingandguidance,withregularassessmentsagainsttheSkillsMatrix.
PersonSpecification: Abilitytodemonstrateattentiontodetailandmaintainhigh-qualitystandards.
Basiccompetencyinmechanicalskills,withawillingnesstolearnanddevelop.
Strongcommunicationskillsandtheabilitytoworkwellinateamenvironment.
Aproactiveattitude,withafocusonsafetyandquality.
Comfortablereceivingfeedbackandadjustingpracticestomeethigherskilllevels.
