AsaMechanicalTechnician,youareexpectedtohaveafoundationalskillsetinyourfield.Whileyoumaynotyetbefullycompetentinallareas,youwillreceivetheguidanceandsupervisionneededtodevelopfurther.YourprogresswillbeassessedbyProductionSupervisorsthroughadetailedSkillsMatrix,whichoutlinesthecompetencylevelsrequiredforeachstageofaMechanicalTechniciansdevelopment.
KeyResponsibilities: Assistinthepreparationandassemblyofpipesandmanifolds,ensuringthatworkmeetstheexactingqualitystandards.
Performweldingtasks,withafocusonprecisionandattentiontodetail.
Reportanyissuesordiscrepanciespromptlytoensurecontinuousimprovementandadherencetohigh-qualitystandards.
CollaboratewiththeProductionTeamLeaderandSupervisorstoensureworkiscompletedontimeandtospecification.
Learnanddevelopthroughpracticaltrainingandguidance,withregularassessmentsagainsttheSkillsMatrix.
PersonSpecification: Abilitytodemonstrateattentiontodetailandmaintainhigh-qualitystandards.
