Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all mechanical site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards Manage site teams, subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide site operations Maintain effective communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues promptly Prepare and submit site reports and documentation
Requirements
Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or similar role in mechanical services or construction Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications Excellent organizational and communication skills Knowledge of health and safety legislation and site compliance Proficiency with site management tools and software Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering, construction management, or related fields
