Salter Grange is currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to support a leading and award-winning engineering construction company on a high-profile £30M MEP Commercial Development.


Ideally, the Mechanical Project Manager should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar position and from a trade background or be degree-qualified.


The successful Mechanical Project Manager will be joining a growing contractor on an excellent project In London and be part of a highly regarded company well known for its strong Preconstruction Engineering, Project Management capabilities and smooth Project Delivery.


Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials
  • Liaising with clients over design variations
  • Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors)
  • Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget
  • Always ensuring health & safety is followed
  • Managing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings


Mechanical Project Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, with a focus on mechanical projects valued between £5M and £30M.
  • Proven leadership, proactive mindset, and strong team collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
