Salter Grange is currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to support a leading and award-winning engineering construction company on a high-profile £30M MEP Commercial Development.
Ideally, the Mechanical Project Manager should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar position and from a trade background or be degree-qualified.
The successful Mechanical Project Manager will be joining a growing contractor on an excellent project In London and be part of a highly regarded company well known for its strong Preconstruction Engineering, Project Management capabilities and smooth Project Delivery.
Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities: Overseeing procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials Liaising with clients over design variations Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors) Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget Always ensuring health & safety is followed Managing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings
