Mechanical Project Manager Wokingham Up to £75,000 + Car Allowance

We are working in partnership with a leading engineering and facilities services provider to recruit a Mechanical Project Manager for a high-profile, state-of-the-art commercial site in Wokingham.

The Role As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of projects from initial concept through to delivery. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical expertise and commercial awareness, working closely with stakeholders to develop scopes, manage costs, and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities • Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements, identifying scope and key deliverables • Develop detailed project scopes based on site conditions and client requirements • Produce cost proposals and manage project budgets effectively • Create and interpret mechanical drawings, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance • Manage project delivery from design through to completion • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders • Ensure all works are delivered in line with health & safety and industry standards

What We’re Looking For • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services or FM environments • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems • Experience with lightweight design and the ability to develop practical, buildable solutions • Ability to carry out site assessments and translate findings into clear project scopes • Experience producing cost proposals and managing project finances • Competent in producing or reviewing mechanical drawings • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
