Mechanical Project Manager - Data Centre Works Slough £75,000-£85,000 + Paid Travel + Multiple Bonus Schemes Group Metropolitan are looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a long-term programme of works on a data centre project based in Slough . This role will focus on the delivery of multiple small works mechanical packages , typically valued between £200k-£400k , secured under a minimum 3-year framework . It offers long-term stability, variety of work, and the opportunity to become a key part of a specialist delivery team. The Role Managing multiple mechanical small works projects concurrently within a live data centre environment Overseeing delivery from pre-construction through to completion and handover Managing subcontractors, programme, quality and health & safety Coordinating with the client, consultants and internal teams Managing variations, cost control and reporting Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard Project Environment Live operational environments Data centres (prior experience beneficial but not essential) Comparable backgrounds welcomed from: Commercial buildings Financial institutions Hospitals or hea...
