Mechanical Project Manager - Small Works (Financial & Commercial Clients)\nCanary Wharf & City of London\n£70,000-£80,000 + Paid Travel + Multiple Bonus Schemes\n Group Metropolitan are looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of small works mechanical projects within financial and blue-chip commercial client environments across Canary Wharf and the City of London.\n This is a client-facing role, focused on managing and coordinating the delivery of multiple projects rather than being tied to a single site. Mechanical package values will typically range from £50,000-£300,000, with each project supported by an established on-site delivery team.\n The Role\n \nManaging multiple mechanical small works projects concurrently \nActing as the main point of contact for blue-chip financial and commercial clients \nOverseeing delivery from instruction through to completion and handover \nCoordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers \nManaging programme, cost control, variations and reporting \nEnsuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard \nMaintaining strong client relationships and identifying repeat work opportunities Project Environment\n \nFinancial institutions and corporate client spaces \nLive commercial environments \nHigh expectations around quality, programme and stakeholder management Requirements\n \nStrong mechanical building services background \nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously \nComfortable working in client-facing roles within live environments \nStrong organisational, communication and commercial skills \nExperience within financial, commercial or similar critical environments What's on Offer\n \n£70,000-£80,000 salary, depending on experience \nPaid travel \nMultiple bonus schemes \nExposure to prestigious, blue-chip clients \nLong-term opportunity within a stable and growing business This role is ideal for a Mechanical Project Manager who enjoys variety, client interaction and overseeing multiple workstreams rather than being site-bound on a single project
