My Client is a Mechanical Contractor working within the Commercial Office fit out sector. They are looking for an experienced Mechanical PM, capable of taking projects from inception to completion. Project values from £1M to £5M and experience of HVAC installation on office fit out essential. Ideally HNC/HND qualification in Mechanical Building Services, SMSTS card holder.
There is an opportunity to develop a long standing career within the business as it continues to grow, leading to Senior PM, Contracts Manager opportunities. You should have good client facing skills and able to communicate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful completion of projects.
