CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Plumber to be based in a commercial estate of buildings near Chesterford, Essex.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive Mechanical / Plumbing maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Hours of work & Package Monday
- Friday , 8am
- 5pm £45,000 25 Days Holiday Extra 1 Day off for Birthday Overtime available Parking available on site Requirements City & Guilds / NVQ NVQ in Mechanical & Plumbing You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential) A proven track record in commercial building maintenance An understanding of the following is essential: L8 Water treatment, Pumps, Air Handling units Multi-skilled Good communication skills Excellent customer skills Need to be able to travel back home after finishingat 00:00am Mechanical duties: Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing AHUs/FCUs filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans Pumps PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls) Motors PPMs (re-winds, xbpsjku overhauls) Water treatment dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing Water pressurization units Chlorifiers annual inspection, descaling Steam Plant Condensers, Condenser Returns Cooling towers Softeners Humidifiers Hydraulics Pneumatics Boilers re-sets Chillers re-sets, 1st Line faults Please reply with a recent copy of your CV to Dan Barber at CBW staffing solutions.
