Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical building services Respond to reactive mechanical maintenance within a commercial office environment Maintain and fault‑find on HVAC systems, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), pumps, valves, and pipework Oversee and support water systems, including basic monitoring and compliance tasks Ensure plant rooms and mechanical areas are maintained to a high standard Assist with minor mechanical installation and repair wor...
