Job Description Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Client Direct - Day Shift | South Kensington | £42 ,000 + Excellent Benefits
CBW is delighted to be recruiting for a Day Shift Engineer to join a permanent, client-direct team at a vibrant commercial campus in South Kensington. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly professional on-site maintenance team, working in a state-of-the-art environment.
You’ll be responsible for a wide range of M&E, fabric, and building services duties - keeping systems running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
\n PPM and reactive maintenance
\n
Plant room checks
\n
Maintain AHUs and FCUs (filter changes, cleaning)
\n
Basic plumbing (e.g., unblocking toilets)
\n
Water temp checks (no chemical dosing)
\n
Monitor BMS systems and report irregularities
\n
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors
\n
Keep logbooks updated and attend client meetings when required
\n
Working Hours:
\n Day Shift - 2 on 2 off 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off
\n
07:00 - 19:00 on weekdays, 08:00 - 16:00 if your shift falls on the weekend
\n
