Job Description
Our client requires a Building Services Estimator to join their London team:
Role: Building Services Estimator (Mechanical)
Contract: 6 months (extendable)
Location: London (Hybrid 4 days in office, 1 working from home)
Remuneration: £450-£550 p/d
Client: M&E Design and Build
JD:
- Proven estimating experience on Rail / Commercial / Industrial projects
- Detailed understanding of RMM and NRM measurement methods
- Ability to technically review quotations in detail
- Strong experience dealing with and managing the supply chain
- Experience in preparing budget cost estimates’
- Experience with Amtech/Trimble software strongly desirable
