Job Description
Mechanical Engineer\n\nLocation: West Central London\nSalary: Up to £47,000\nHours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm\n\nWe are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with multi-skilled knowledge to join a well-established facilities team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a technically challenging environment with strong support for training and long-term career progression.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical systems\n\n * Working on AHUs and FCUs, including:\n\n * Filter changes\n\n * Belt changes\n\n * Actuator replacements\n\n * Coil cleaning\n\n * Supporting safe and efficient operation of building services equipment\n\n * Working collaboratively with other engineering disciplines\n\n * Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site procedures\n\nExperience & Skills\n\n * Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within building services or facilities maintenance\n\n * Multi-skilled knowledge desirable\n\n * Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is advantageous but not essential\n\n * Strong fault-finding and maintenance capability\n\n * Willingness to learn and develop through ongoing training\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * Salary up to £47,000 depending on experience\n\n * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays\n\n * Pension scheme\n\n * Overtime available\n\n * Full training provided (including relevant certifications)\n\n * Clear progression routes into supervisory roles\n\n * Stable Monday–Friday working hours\n\nThis role is ideal for a Mechanical Engineer looking for long-term stability, development, and career progression within a supportive environment
