Falcon Green is partnering with one of Europe’s leading M&E contractors, widely recognised for delivering large-scale industrial and commercial projects across the Data Centre, Education, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors. They are currently seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Mechanical Engineer to join the next phase of a major Data Centre development in Helsinki, Finland.
With a strong pipeline of projects secured across mainland Europe, this role offers long-term stability and excellent career progression. You will become part of a close-knit and supportive site team, with clear opportunities to advance toward senior engineering and project management roles.

Mechanical Engineer Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site activities and mechanical operations.
*
Coordinate and manage the project programme in collaboration with other trades, package leads, consulting engineers, and client representatives.
*
Manage all cost-related aspects associated with the mechanical package.
*
Attend key project meetings, including site, engineering, planning, coordination, and handover meetings.
*
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date weekly project log.
*
Work closely with subcontractors to ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are met.
Mechanical Engineer Requirements:
*
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Mechanical Engineering role.
*
A recognised engineering degree relevant to the position.
*
Strong teamwork, organisational, and planning skills.
*
Flexibility to travel as required by the project.
*
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
*
Eligibility to work across multiple European countries.
