Job Description

We are currently looking for a M&E Operations Manager. My client a leading MEP contractor are looking for a M&E Operations Manager or a M&E Contracts Manager who would like to take a step up to M&E Operations Manager level. This will be help growing and supporting the midlands divison.\n\nThe candidate can have a bias of either Mechanical or Electrical but have previous experience in running M&E project in excess of £15m\n\nM&E Operations Manager will be as following:\n\n * To attend tender pre-order meetings\n\n * RAMS/Risk/COSSH assessments\n\n * Management of health & safety\n\n * Running Teams\n\n * Performance reviews\n\n * Manage a team of M&E Project Managers\n\n * Oversee multiple projects at once.\n\n * Ensure orders placed to meet on-site installations requirements and production of Technical Submissions all in line with procurement schedule\n\n * Reviewing cost plans, undertaking value engineering and design review\n\n * Procurement of contracts and materials\n\n * Interview potential new staff to join the team\n\n * Cost management\n\n * Ensuring the contract is being carried out according to the client's Specification\n\n * Procurement of contractors and materials\n\n * Technical submissions\n\n * Meeting/ setting project targets\n\n * Provide regular feedback of production analysis to the client\n\n * Deliver the projects on time and within budget\n\n * Manage and oversee all Sub-Contractors\n\nOffer\n\n * Salaries ranging from £110k – 130k + Package\n\n * Working in a highly successful and driven company\n\n * Potential for growth\n\n * Career Development\n\nPlease apply or contact me on my number/ email address for full details
