The Role – Maths Teaching Assistant

The role of a Maths Teaching Assistant requires an individual to support and encourage 5 SEN students in a year 11 class to further their learning and development. This role also requires someone to meet the needs of students and to provide a supportive and positive environment for them to flourish in. the students you will be supporting will have different needs such as: ASD and MLD. Ideally, you will have previous experience supporting Maths GCSE or you have a maths related degree.

This lovely community special school is based in Greenwich. The nearest train station is a 10 minute walk. This school provides a safe and positive environment, supporting students aged 11-16 years old that have SEN including – SLCN, ASD, SEMH and MLD.
