JRS Associates have partnered up with an exciting precision engineering company in Sheffield to recruit a skilled Manual Turner to join their established and highly capable machining team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable business working on large, complex components within a well-equipped workshop environment.
The Successful Manual Turner - Package:
* £18.00 – £19.00 per hour
* Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:15pm (4-day working week)
* Overtime available at premium rates
* Long-term, stable opportunity within a well-established business

The Successful Manual Turner - Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Manual Turner within a precision engineering environment
* Strong experience working on small to large components
* Experience using Horizontal Boring machines is highly desirable
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Competent using manual measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, etc.)
* Experience working to tight tolerances
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
