Reports to: Financial Controller

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially focused Management Accountant to join a fast-paced, global eCommerce business based in Manchester. This role will play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial performance across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis
  • Deliver timely and insightful variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and support decision-making
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes across global business units
  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, margin, and customer acquisition costs
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems

Key Requirements

  • Newly qualified or finalist accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Previous experience in a management accounting or similar role
  • Experience in eCommerce, retail, or a fast-paced commercial environment preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
