With a strong e-commerce presence and an international customer base, the business operates across both UK and US entities and continues to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.The RoleOwn the preparation of monthly management accounts across UK and US entitiesProduce P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting with detailed variance analysisLead the month-end close process, including journals, accruals and prepaymentsDeliver commercial analysis on sales, margins, pricing and promotionsSupport budgeting and forecasting, working closely with department headsManage cash flow forecasting and financial performance trackingOversee transactional finance, including AP/AR and payroll processesAbout YouACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting experienceBackground in a management accounting role within a commercial environmentExperience managing or mentoring junior finance staffMulti-entity experience, ideally with exposure to international operationsRetail, e-commerce or consumer goods experience is desirableStrong analytical skills with the ability to communicate with non-finance stakeholdersWhat's on OfferSalary: £45,000 - £55,000Working setup: On-site Benefits: Competitive package and employee perksHolidays: 25 days holidayProgression: Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, international e-commerce businessZachary Daniels and our client are both equal opportunity employers.
