A fast-growing, well-known hospitality brand is seeking a Management Accountant to join on a 12-month FTC. This role is ideal for someone with a strong finance grounding and a real appetite for systems work, as the business have recently migrated to SAP and are finding the post-migration phase challenging. The finance team need a technically minded accountant to help get the system running smoothly, streamline processes, and ensure reporting is accurate and efficient.

As an Interim Management Accountant, you will be:

• Supporting the month-end process, management accounts production, and financial analysis.
• Acting as the finance team’s SAP specialist, helping colleagues navigate the system.
• Troubleshooting issues, improving workflows, and ensuring data integrity.
• Working closely with operations and finance leadership to enhance reporting capability.
• Supporting ongoing process improvements across the finance function.

Requirements:

• Hands-on SAP implementation or post-implementation experience.
• Newly qualified or finalist (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• A proactive communicator who can support a team still learning SAP.
