Jones FM is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career, combining hands-on technical expertise with leadership and client-facing responsibilities. You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality maintenance services, supporting engineers on site, and helping to drive standards, performance, and continuous improvement across the contract.
The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, coordination, and performance management of maintenance activities across the site or portfolio. The role ensures that all planned, reactive, and statutory maintenance works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with contractual and legislative requirements.
The Supervisor acts as the operational lead on site, providing technical guidance, enforcing safe systems of work, supporting service continuity, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
