Maintenance Supervisor – Electrical Bias (HV) Cannon Street, London Salary: Up to £58,000
Alice Rose Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor with a strong Electrical and HV bias to join a recently won commercial contract based in Cannon Street.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role on a newly mobilised site, working within a structured on-site team that includes shift engineers, a day engineer, contract support, and a Contract Manager. The role offers long-term stability, technical challenge, and clear responsibility within a professional FM environment.
The Role Reporting into the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the engineering team while remaining technically hands-on. You will ensure all building services are maintained to the highest standard, with a strong focus on compliance, uptime, and client satisfaction.
You will act as the HV Authorised Person on site and take ownership of electrical systems, safe systems of work, and operational performance across the building.
