Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor Permanent Based in London

We are looking for an Maintenance Supervisor to join our friendly and dynamic team here at Waterstones in London. This is a busy and diverse role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of maintenance technicians and stakeholders across our book shop estate in London, as well as being on the tools and managing contractors.

You will need to have a good understanding of building maintenance, compliance testing, retail refurbishment, contractor management and ensure all shops in your area are fit for purpose, well maintained and support the operational needs of the business. You will oversee and manage maintenance standards to ensure compliance is met across the shops and services levels are of a high standard across the team.

Through the effective management of a regional based maintenance team, you will ensure the delivery of ongoing projects, store upgrades and refurbishment works, LED Installs and general day to day maintenance issues.
