We’re seeking an Engineering Team Leader to join our maintenance operations, responsible for managing a team of up to 7 engineers and contractors. You’ll play a key role in optimising plant performance, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the site.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Maintenance Technicians and contractors, ensuring all SHEQ policies and procedures are followed.
Ensure safety, quality, and throughput standards are achieved.
Collaborate with Process Managers and senior engineers to prioritise plant maintenance and operational activities.
Plan, schedule, and agree daily/weekly workloads for preventative, planned, and reactive maintenance.
Oversee all planned and reactive electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical activities, including repairs and cleaning.
Maintain consistent communication through 1-1s, team meetings, and briefings.
