Maintenance Supervisor – Prestigious M&E Service Provider – Knightsbridge – £52K
A highly respected building services contractor is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their team on a flagship mixed-use development in Knightsbridge.
This landmark site incorporates residential, retail, and commercial spaces, offering a dynamic and prestigious working environment.
The successful candidate will oversee all landlord and tenant areas, delivering exceptional levels of service in line with client expectations.
This is a hands-on supervisory role, responsible for leading a small team consisting of one engineer and an administrator, while also ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations.
Key duties will include:
\n Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance schedules
\n
Direct involvement in engineering tasks as required
\n
Attending client meetings and preparing reports
\n
Coordinating and supervising subcontractors
\n
Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
\n
Managing and supporting site staff
\n
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. Additional overtime and weekend work will be available when required.
\n
Package includes:
\n Salary up to £52,000 (depending on experience)
\n
25 days annual leave
\n
Company pension scheme
\n
Candidate requirements:
\n Fully qualified electrically or mechanically (C&G, HNC/HND or equivalent)
\n
Strong background with critical systems and building plant
\n
Proven experience supervising engineering teams
\n
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
\n
Strong knowledge of compliance and health & safety
\n
Previous experience within a blue-chip commercial environment
\n
