Maintenance Stores Controller

A recognised high volume manufacturer are currently looking to strengthen their Maintenancedepartment with the appointment of a Maintenance Stores Controller. Working from their manufacturing facility in the West Midlands,the Maintenance Stores Controller will be responsible for:
*Ensuring timely identification and purchase of maintenance and technical critical spares
*Day to day accountability for all stores-based consumables across a multi building site
*Day to day accountability for all spares repairs onsite
*Manage vending machine systems across a multi building site
*Ensuring the stores critical spares database is effectively populated and maintained
*Booking in/out of equipment as required through the database
*Ensure PPE requirements are in place for all employees
*Raising orders, booking in and out of all site maintenance and process consumables
*Working with M&E suppliers to provide stock for high turnover, low value consumables
Previous Maintenance background in a similar role desired but not essential.
