Artifex Interior Systems is pleased to confirm the below opportunity within our business: Maintenance Stores Controller Main purpose of the job Ensuring timely identification and purchase of maintenance and technical critical spares. Day to day accountability for all stores-based consumables across a multi building site. Day to day accountability for all spares repairs off site. Manage vending machine systems across a multi building site. Ensuring the stores critical spares database is effectively populated and maintained. Booking in/out of equipment as required through the database. Ensure PPE requirements are in place for all employees. Raising orders, booking in and out of all site maintenance and process consumables. Working with M&E suppliers to provide stock for high turnover, low value consumables.
