Maintenance Manager
Alexander Steele is working with a leading food manufacturing business in Buckinghamshire. Our client is looking for a forward-thinking Maintenance Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. The role holder will ensure the upkeep of equipment and facilities, scheduling repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure maximum operational efficiency and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities:
* Provide expert troubleshooting and problem-solving for equipment malfunctions or failure.
* Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring that maintenance costs stay within approved limits.
* Analyse maintenance data and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
* Oversee daily operations of building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and security.
* Provide professional leadership, support, and development to team members and other stakeholders.
Background Experience:
* 5+ years’ experience in maintenance/facilities management within a similar environment.
