We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for our client due to continued success and expansion.
The Role:
As Project Manager, you will report directly to the MOD Senior Programme Manager and be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of the projects, such as Reactive maintenance, ablutions refurbishments across multiple MOD locations. You will manage all aspects from initial client enquiry and site survey, through to quotation, programming, project delivery, site snagging, final handover and creation of Care and Maintenance Manuals.
Duties will include: Attend Client Facing project requirement, scope of works meetings Undertake detailed site surveys Create accurate project estimates, labour/resource breakdowns, B of Q’s etc Develop full project programs using tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel or equivalent Attend pre-start client meetings Lead project delivery teams and subcontractors on-site Ensure projects are delivered safely on time, within scope and on budget Main...
