Due to growth and investment in new equipment, theyre now seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their site.The Maintenance Engineer Role:Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairsMechanical work including conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, gearboxesElectrical fault finding on 3-phase systems, PLC-controlled machinery, and control panelsWorking within a small, skilled team across a range of automated production machineryRecording all maintenance activities using the CMMSRequirements:Mechanical Bias with good electrical knowledgeNVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Engineering or similar (Apprenticeship trained ideal)Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial settingGood mechanical knowledge belts, bearings, pumps, gearboxes, etc.Electrical skills with the ability to fault find on PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.)Flexible and team-oriented with a proactive attitude to maintenanceWhats in it for you?Salary: £57,500Secure, growing manufacturer with a strong reputation in the marketOngoing training, development, and potential for internal progressionYearly cost of living rises as well as pay review, On-site parking, pension scheme, employee benefits.Shift:4 on 4 off (Days and nights) Every 7 rotations you get 18 shifts off (essentially you work significantly less throughout the year but your holidays are built into your pattern)About the Company:This is your chance to join a well-established and respected manufacturer in Northampton, with stability!
