Mobile Maintenance Electrician - North West - Facilities Management Organisation: Commercial & Managed Office Space\n\n CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our client on a permanent basis, who are a leading provider in facilities management solutions, delivering top-tier services across various industries.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance within commercial settings, as they will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.\n\n This is a mobile opportunity, covering Manchester - M60 circle & surrounding areas.\n\n Package:\n\nCompetitive salary of £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)\nSalary increase of £1,200 per annum once LV AP ticket achieved\nVan & fuel card supplied\nCore hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)\nParticipation in an ‘out of hours’ on call rota (to be confirmed)\n25 days annual leave plus bank holidays\nGenerous workplace pension scheme\nTraining, development & progression opportunities\n Responsibilities:\n\nConduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly\nPerform preventive maintenance tasks to minimise downtime and ensure the longevity of electrical equipment\nTroubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective solutions to restore functionality\nInstall, repair, and maintain electrical components, such as wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures\nCollaborate with other maintenance personnel and contractors to coordinate repairs and upgrades\nAdhere to safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment\n Qualifications:\n\nQualified to at least City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent\nProven experience as a Maintenance Electrician or similar role within the facilities management industry\nFull UK driving licence\nStrong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry\nProficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nEffective communication and teamwork abilities\n If you are a dedicated Maintenance Electrician looking for a rewarding career opportunity, please apply with your full CV or contact Amy O'Shea at CBW Staffing Solutions
