Jobstore are seeking a highly organised Logistics Co-ordinator to oversee and optimise our clients' logistics administrative operations. Based on site, at their location just outside of Manchester City centre, working part-time, 9.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday, 24 hours a week - we are looking for someone who is used to working in a very busy distribution operation, managing administrative processes, liaising with internal teams, third-party suppliers and customers, ensuring the efficient movement and shipment of goods while delivering excellent customer service. Day to day responsibilities; Deliver a high standard of customer service across all engagement with internal and external customers. Respond to customer enquiries promptly and effectively via phone, email, or system platforms. Provide accurate and timely updates on: o Order status and progress o Transport and delivery information
