The Role:

This role is split into 2 main areas; Warehouse Operations - Leading daily warehouse activities Maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits and RCA of discrepancies Serve as the primary operational contact for all 3PL partners across Europe and the USA Monitor 3PL performance against SLA's, KPI's and contractual obligations, including fulfillment accuracy, on-time shipping and inventory integrity Conduct regular reviews with each 3PL
