Job Title: Litigator (Locum / Temp-to-Perm)

Location: Battersea, SW11

Contract Type: Locum / Temp-to-Perm

Working Hours: 9am - 6:30pm

Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 per annum


Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Litigator to join our in-house legal team, on a locum basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive litigator to handle a broad range of property-related disputes within a supportive and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of property litigation matters
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide seamless client service
  • Stay abreast of developments in property and litigation law


Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales
  • Minimum 5 years’ PQE with a strong background in property litigation
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage cases independently
  • Available to start on a locum basis, with interest in a longer-term opportunity


Desirable:

  • Experience in both residential and commercial property disputes
  • Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution methods
