Job Title: Litigator (Locum / Temp-to-Perm) Location: Battersea, SW11 Contract Type: Locum / Temp-to-Perm Working Hours: 9am - 6:30pm Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 per annum
: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Litigator to join our in-house legal team, on a locum basis , with the potential to transition into a permanent role . This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive litigator to handle a broad range of property-related disputes within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of property litigation matters Draft legal documents including pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide seamless client service Stay abreast of developments in property and litigation law
