The Role The firm is looking to recruit an ambitious 0-3 PQE Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing team in Newcastle. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of high-quality cases, providing support to clients across various industries. The successful candidate will work on a broad spectrum of disputes آئی​ including:
Contract Disputes Director, Shareholder, and Partnership Disputes Insurance Disputes Intellectual Property Disputes Professional Negligence Claims Commercial Property Litigation Lease Renewals Public Law and Public Sector Disputes Regulatory Disputes
As part of the team, the Solicitor will gain exposure to complex, high-value matters while receiving support and guidance from experienced colleagues. What the Firm is Looking For:
Previous experience in dispute resolution or litigation is advantageous, but candidates with strong interest in this area are also encouraged to apply. Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills are essential. A client serviced mindset, with the ability to provide tailor­ed, pragmatic legal solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication, with the wizard to build and maintain client relationships. A team player, comfortable in a progressive, dynamic environment. Creative thinking and strategic problem‑solving abilities to resolve complex legal issues. A strong desire to develop professionally and grow within a forward‑thinking law firm.
