What you’ll be doing:

* Managing an independent litigation caseload from instruction to resolution

* Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice to clients

* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex legal documents

* Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings

* Ensuring files and processes meet strict regulatory and risk standards

* Contributing to the development and growth of a modern legal practice

What we’re looking for:

* Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with a current practising certificate

* Strong litigation experience across small, fast and intermediate tracks

* Motor claims litigation experience

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Commercial awareness and sound judgement

* Ability to juggle multiple cases and deadlines confidently

* Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills
