The Role

This is a hands-on position offering genuine responsibility, where you will be trusted to run your own cases with appropriate support. You will be involved in a broad range of litigation matters and play an active role in the progression of files from instruction through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Managing your own caseload of litigation matters under minimal supervisionDrafting legal documents, correspondence, and court formsPreparing bundles and supporting court proceedingsConducting legal research and analysing case lawLiaising directly with clients, courts, and third partiesEnsuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met

About You

Strong academic background (essential)Previous litigation experience is beneficial but not essentialConfident working independently and managing responsibility early onExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailProactive and keen to develop within a busy disputes team
