\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Civil Litigation Paralegal to join a growing and highly regarded team specialising in financial mis-selling claims. This is a fantastic role for a motivated paralegal looking to manage their own caseload and gain exposure to high-quality consumer litigation work within a supportive and regulated environment.

\nThe Role:

\n\t
• Manage your own caseload of financial mis-selling and civil litigation claims from instruction through to resolution
\n\t
• Take ownership of a portfolio of cases, ensuring matters progress efficiently and strategically
\n\t
• Draft high-quality legal documentation, including correspondence, witness statements, letters of claim, and court documents
\n\t
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, financial institutions, experts, and counsel
\n

\nRequirements:

\n\t
• Minimum 12–18 months’ experience in financial mis-selling, consumer litigation, or civil litigation
\n\t
• Strong understanding of financial mis-selling claims and regulatory frameworks
\n\t
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
\n\t
• Excellent written communication and client care skills
\n\t
• Highly organised with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
\n\t
• Ability to work effectively to deadlines
\n\t
• Experience using case management systems (e.g. Proclaim or similar)
\n
