Whether you prefer full-time or part-time, this role offers flexibility and can be based in either the Barnstaple or Kingsbridge office both nestled in some of the most beautiful corners of Devon.The RoleYou'll handle a diverse mix of civil litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on property disputes, boundary issues, building claims, and landlord and tenant work. Ideally they are looking for someone to pick up this area of work, but are open-minded and happy to shape the role around individuals strengths and expertise.The successful candidate will take ownership of an exisiting caseload and we feel that this is genuinely a great opportunity for someone ready to make their mark in a supportive, down-to-earth team.About YouA qualified solicitor or legal executive with a solid grounding in litigation.
