The Work The team advises a wide-ranging client base and handles a broad mix of commercial and property-related disputes. Matters include:

General Commercial Litigation:

Breach of contract Professional negligence Shareholder and partnership disputes Unfair prejudice claims Breach of directors' duties Intellectual property disputes Fraud and asset recovery Insurance coverage issues Tax disputes Regulatory investigations Defamation, libel, and slander

Property & Real Estate Litigation:

Commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals Covenant enforcement and related advice Rights of way, easements, and other adjoining landowner issues Housing development disputes Squatter eviction Adverse possession Boundary disputes Trespass and nuisance claims

You will gain exposure to a varied caseload and benefit from early responsibility, direct client contact, and involvement in high-quality work typically associated with larger City practices. The Ideal Candidate

Qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) Experience in commercial litigation (during training or post-qualification) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail Confident communicator with strong client-handling ability Commercial mindset and pragmatic approach Team-focused, with the ability to work independently when needed Willingness to support business development and contribute to the team's growth
