Litigation Fee Earner – RTA Team | Preston | Full Time | £26,000 – £29,000 DOE + Monthly Bonus

Our client is a multi-national, forward-thinking law firm with a strong presence in personal injury litigation, specialising in Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims. Based in a modern business park in Preston, the firm offers a paperless working environment, excellent transport links, free on-site parking, and easy access to local retail amenities and motorway routes.

They are seeking an experienced Litigation Fee Earner to join their busy and growing RTA Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive firm that values development, performance, and internal progression, with structured career pathways across multiple departments.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Minimum 2 years' experience handling litigated personal injury claims, ideally within RTA
• Proven ability to manage your own litigated caseload from instruction to settlement
• Experience using case management systems (Proclaim preferred)
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with experience acting as a client point of contact
• Able to manage workload effectively within client protocols and deadlines
• Motivated, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

What will your role look like?

• Manage a full caseload of lit igated RTA personal injury claims
• Progress files efficiently from instruction through to conclusion
• Draft, review and manage legal documentation in line with court deadlines
• Maintain regular client contact and provide clear case updates
• Work within a paperless, target-driven environment
• Ensure compliance with client protocols and internal procedures
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team structure
