Our client is a multi-national, forward-thinking law firm with a strong presence in personal injury litigation, specialising in Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims. They are seeking an experienced Litigation Fee Earner to join their busy and growing RTA Litigation team. Are you the right person for the job? Minimum 2 years' experience handling litigated personal injury claims, ideally within RTA Proven ability to manage your own litigated caseload from instruction to settlement Experience using case management systems (Proclaim preferred) Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with experience acting as a client point of contact Able to manage workload effectively within client protocols and deadlines Motivated, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment What will your role look like? Manage a full caseload of lit igated RTA personal injury claims Progress files efficiently from instruction through to conclusion Draft, review and manage legal documentation in line with court deadlines Maintain regular client contact and provide clear case updates Work within a paperless, target-driven environment Ensure compliance with client protocols and internal procedures Work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team structure What can you expect in return?
