We’re working with a high-performing boutique litigation firm known for delivering sharp advice on complex civil and criminal matters. They’re looking for a Litigation Associate – someone bright, ambitious, and ready to take on meaningful work from day one.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer (SQE preferred, LPC/BVC also considered) to gain hands-on experience, close mentorship, and exposure to top-tier litigation in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment.

The role is based in Jersey , with relocation support available for UK-based applicants looking to build a long-term career in a thriving offshore legal market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support senior lawyers on high-value cases across civil and criminal litigation Draft and prepare court bundles, pleadings, skeleton arguments, and correspondence Attend court hearings, client meetings, and conferences, producing clear notes and summaries Conduct legal research and help manage disclosure Prepare documents such as witness statements, chronologies, and dramatis personae Manage case files and, with experience, run matters under supervision
