The Role Involves: Managing complex commercial litigation across sectors, including financial services, banking and investigations Advising corporates, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals on contentious risk and litigation strategy. Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and substantive applications for High Court proceedings. Representing clients at hearings, mediations, and key settlement negotiations. Contributing to thought leadership, business development and client outreach initiatives.

Key Requirements: Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction). 3-6 PQE in complex commercial litigation.
