You’ll lead commercial strategy and account management, driving growth through strategic planning, licensee optimisation, and new business development. Strong relationship-building, internally & externally, is key to negotiating regional contracts and delivering licensing sales across EMEA. You’ll also apply creative and commercial insight to product development and marketing, identifying new opportunities and partners in the Games & Puzzles space. This is a full-time role, based out of the London office in Hammersmith, 4 days a week. What You Will Do Implement long-term strategies for theHardlines department, with a dedicated focus onGames & Puzzles, in collaboration with key stakeholders. Use market trends and consumer insights to develop agile, cross-functional strategies that drive growth in the Games & Puzzles category. Manage the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts, aligning licensee objectives with business goals in the Games & Puzzles space. Cultivate strong partnerships with EMEA accounts, ensuring alignment and growth within the Games & Puzzles portfolio. Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with global, EMEA, and local stakeholders. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to support product development and retail success in Games & Puzzles. Act as a liaison for International Labour Standards (ILS) compliance. Drive new business development and research scalable opportunities in the Games & Puzzles category. Participate in market meetings and share best practices across international teams. Required Qualifications & Skills Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Proven experience in consumer products, ideally withinHardlines or Games & Puzzles. Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to lead change and deliver financial targets. Commercial and strategic thinking with strong analytical skills. Agile mindset with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Keynote. Strong marketing sensibility across digital, social, and retail channels. Excellent planning, organisation, and influencing skills.
