Aspire People are currently seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning within a busy and welcoming primary school environment.This role will involve delivering targeted intervention sessions and supporting pupils who require additional help with literacy, numeracy and confidence within the classroom.The RoleWorking closely with teaching staff and the wider support team, you will help ensure pupils receive the support they need to make strong progress in their learning.Key responsibilities include: Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom Delivering structured small group interventions in English and Maths Supporting pupils who require additional academic support Helping to close learning gaps and build pupil confidence Assisting teachers with preparing resources and classroom activities Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in lessons Monitoring pupil progress and reporting feedback to the teacherRequirements Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent Previous experience supporting pupils in a primary school Strong understanding of literacy and numeracy development Ability to support pupils with a range of learning needs Positive attitude and a proactive approach to supporting learningWhat Aspire People Offer Competitive rates of pay Access to a wide range of long-term opportunities Support from an experienced education consultant Ongoing training and safeguarding support Opportunities to develop your career within educationThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to take on a more active role in supporting pupil progress.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
