About the Role as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant:

Provide expert 1:1 and small group support to pupils with EHCPs and additional needs Deliver tailored interventions and support plans to help pupils overcome barriers to learning Mentor and guide pupils, promoting resilience, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour Work closely with teachers to co-plan lessons, track progress, and contribute to pupil development Support the wider school team in creating a nurturing, inclusive learning environment What We're Looking For in a Level 3 Teaching Assistant:

Proven experience supporting children with SEND, SEMH, or complex needs A Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent) Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils...
